Produced by Fairchild Television (Western division), the grand New Year’s Eve countdown “Abundant Fortune in Year Of The Snake” will take place at Aberdeen Centre, ringing in the Year of the Snake with joy and excitement! Hosted by Mary Lo, Mandy Chan and Fion Yung, the program promises a vibrant lineup of festivities. The reigning Miss Chinese Vancouver Pageant will deliver an exquisite dance performance, adding a festive flair to the evening.

The show features exciting highlights such as the “Telus Dynamic Snake Fortune Giveaway”, offering prizes worth over $1,000, and the “Abundant Fortune in the Year of the Snake”, where audiences will learn to prepare the creative New Year dish “Pan-Seared Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin.” Attendees will also have a chance to win a round-trip business class ticket from Vancouver to Hong Kong, courtesy of Hong Kong Airlines.

The hosts will also select lucky winners for incredible prizes, ensuring everyone leaves with joy and good fortune. As the clock strikes midnight, the God of Wealth will distribute red envelopes, bringing blessings for prosperity, abundance, and happiness in the Year of the Snake!
